After using the first CD I simply had to get Play, Pause, Unwind 2 and am so glad I did. The ideal way to relax and de-stress at the end of a long hard day.

Marvellous! 10/10 I listen to it while in the car when my husband is driving and when I’m ironing. It has helped me so much. I have given it to friends who say they have never felt so relaxed.

I took it into hospital to use before and after my hip operation so I knew I wouldn’t be frightened
